Et comme les exp\u00e9rimentations culinaires sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur chez <a title=\"pur-caf\u00e9\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pur-cafe.com\/\" target=\"_self\">pur-caf\u00e9<\/a>, on a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tester notre premier <strong>tajine au th\u00e9 \u00e0 la menthe, pruneaux et amandes. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1114\" title=\"service-a-tajine1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pur-cafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/service-a-tajine1.jpg\" alt=\"service-a-tajine1\" width=\"530\" height=\"405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pur-cafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/service-a-tajine1.jpg 530w, https:\/\/www.pur-cafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/service-a-tajine1-300x229.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 530px) 100vw, 530px\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour 8 personnes<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,5kg d&rsquo;\u00e9paule d&rsquo;agneau d\u00e9soss\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1kg de semoule \u00e0 couscous moyenne<\/li>\n<li>3 c\u00e0s de <a title=\"th\u00e9 \u00e0 la menthe marocaine\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pur-cafe.com\/the-vert-parfume-bio-equitable-the-vert-la-menthe-100_id=82.html\" target=\"_self\">th\u00e9 \u00e0 la menthe marocaine<\/a> + 1c\u00e0s pour la semoule<\/li>\n<li>3c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>1c\u00e0c de beurre<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>250g de pruneaux<\/li>\n<li>100g d&rsquo;amandes enti\u00e8res<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9lange assorti d&rsquo;\u00e9pices<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Commen\u00e7ons par la viande <\/strong>: d\u00e9coupez l&rsquo;agneau en morceaux de la taille d&rsquo;une bouch\u00e9e et fa\u00eetes les revenir dans l&rsquo;huile. quand ils commencent \u00e0 bien griller, <strong>rajoutez les oignons<\/strong> \u00e9minc\u00e9s. Salez, poivrez, ajoutez l&rsquo;ail et les \u00e9pices. A ce propos, utilisez <strong>vos \u00e9pices pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es<\/strong>, pour ce genre de recette, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le cumin, la cannelle, le coriandre, un peu de curry ou de muscade. Les m\u00e9langes 14 \u00e9pices sont chouettes aussi. Fa\u00eetes revenir quelques instants puis couvrez d&rsquo;eau et laissez cuire <strong>\u00e0 feu doux pendant une heure<\/strong> en surveillant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Placez dans un plat vos pruneaux et vos trois c\u00e0s de th\u00e9 \u00e0 la menthe marocaine<\/strong>, recouvrez d&rsquo;eau et laissez infuser une 20aine de minutes.
