Enfin, le four \u00e0 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un plat, d\u00e9verse les 500g de cr\u00e8me de marrons. Ajoute 3 \u0153ufs, puis 50g de sucre de canne bio.<br \/>\nBattre le tout. Le chocolat doit \u00eatre fondu maintenant, on l&rsquo;ajoute \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration, on m\u00e9lange de nouveau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Petite pr\u00e9cision, le moule ne doit pas \u00eatre trop large puisque le fondant gonfle peu, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer une forme rectangulaire, beurrer, fariner, et enfourner 35 min.<br \/>\nLe fondant est cuit lorsqu\u2019une petite croute se forme \u00e0 la surface (sans br\u00fbler).
