Et pour illustrer mon propos, rien de tel qu&rsquo;une recette originale d&rsquo;un des plus grand restaurant de France dont je ne puis citer le nom (vol de recette oblige&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Voici sans doute la recette du <strong>meilleur th\u00e9 glac\u00e9 du monde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Pour 1 litre de earl grey glac\u00e9 parfum\u00e9 aux \u00e9pices  :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>1 litre d&rsquo;eau fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <a title=\"th\u00e9 earl grey bio\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pur-cafe.com\/the-noir-parfume-bio-equitable-earl-grey-st-james-fbop-bergamote-100_id=97.html\">th\u00e9 earl grey bio<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 anis \u00e9toil\u00e9 (badiane)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 b\u00e2ton de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>12 g de  gingembre frais \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 citron vert<\/li>\n<li>1 pomme verte (Grany Smith)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 orange<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre de canne en poudre (ou de <a title=\"sucre complet\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pur-cafe.com\/sucre-bio-sucre-complet-750_id=125.html\">sucre complet<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>8 cubes de glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La veille <\/strong>:<br \/>\nFaites chauffer l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 95\u00b0C et laissez infuser le th\u00e9 4 \u00e0 5 minutes.\u00a0 Filtrer le liquide et le verser dans une carafe. Alors qu&rsquo;il est encore chaud, ajoutez-y le sucre de canne, l&rsquo;anis \u00e9toil\u00e9, la cannelle et le gingembre. Laissez infuser le liquide avec les \u00e9pices toute la nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur (8 \u00e0 12h).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Le jour m\u00eame <\/strong> :<br \/>\nSortez la carafe du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, remuez puis filtrez pour retirer les \u00e9pices et ajoutez le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron vert. Taillez la pomme en julienne et coupez la demi orange et le demi citron vert restant en rondelles fines. Ajoutez les fruits et les cubes de glace.
